Tulips Little Pop Up Shop is a fun boutique featuring a unique assortment of women’s apparel & accessories and offering a personalized shopping experience for its customers - both in-store and online!

Tulips needs an e-commerce shop through Shopify for their boutique store to increase sales and provide customers a way to shop all year long.

Tulips e-commerce is also connected to all of Tulips active social accounts, making it easy for customers to shop specific products or general collections, no matter if they start shopping through social media and regardless of the device - Tulips e-commerce provides a seamless and delightful customer experience.

Tulips storefronts do a great job of highlighting their favorite product and newest arrivals. And you always find yourself grabbing a few more items off the shelves than you anticipated. Through product recommendations, Tulips online store will give customers that chance to explore products they might not otherwise.

The online store provides an seamless checkout process that offloads the work from the customer and provides transparency with all pricing and shipping costs as well as provides order confirmation emails and order tracking options.

The customer service Tulips provides is next to none. The small boutique feel is really felt in this regard, and Tulips e-commerce store doesn’t take away any of that, it provides more customer support and satisfaction if anything!

By focusing on products, it was important to ensure that the experience with the product was valuable for the consumer. We wanted to make it easier for the consumer to know how to use it to achieve the best results.

Designing a responsive website that is easy to navigate on any device was crucial for the tulips customer base’s user experience.

Before Tulips e-commerce site launched, Tulips customers would frequently engage with Tulips posts on social media and comment or direct message if they were interested in certain products. We don’t expect Tulips customers that are used to browsing on social media to start shopping directly on the new site overnight.

Through linking Tulips social media accounts with the Tulips Shopify account and e-commerce store, customers can easily continue browsing Tulips products through social media because now all products that are available on the online store are easily shopped through social and then redirecting customers to the online store to checkout or continue browsing other available products.

This way, there is no disruption in the customer experience on social media unless the customer prompts it through choosing to be redirected to the e-commerce store for an easy hassle free online shopping experience…eliminating the back and forth between Tulips employee and customer about whats in stock, saving time on all fronts.
